Dragons Annual Fundraising Dance 2023 - Help Required

We are holding our Annual Fundraising Dance on Saturday 5 August 2023 at Whirinaki Whare Taonga (formerly Expressions Arts & Entertainment Centre), 836 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt. This is next to the Upper Hutt Swimming Pool and the entrance to the hall is from the rear of the building in Brown Street.

We require 6 to 8 helpers on the night to help the organising committee heat and set out supper and do dishes and tidy up afterwards. You will need to be there at 7.30pm and will probably be finished by 11pm. Helpers will need to be dressed in white shirt / blouse and dark trousers / skirt if possible.

If you are able to help can you please advise as soon as possible as this helps out the organising committee.
