King's Tournament Wrap Up / Practice Schedule 2ndHalf
Thank you to everyone who participated in the WCSCC Kings Birthday tournament this past weekend. Dragons had an incredible turnout with over 120 players spread across 14 teams. It was fantastic to see players ranging from Year 6 primary school kids transitioning to Intermediate grade, all the way to our dedicated veterans who continue to represent the club with passion.
A big round of applause to our grade winners:
- Women’s Open Grade: Dragons Women’s Overs
- Intermediate Grade: Dragons Gold
- Men’s C grade: Dragons 40oz
We would also like to extend a special thank you to all the supporters who joined us to cheer on the players. Your presence and encouragement truly made a difference, and your support is deeply appreciated.
For our junior players in Biniball, Tiniball, Miniball, and Intermediate grades, practice sessions will resume this Sunday at 10 am at Walter Nash.
As for our senior players, please note that there will be a four-week break before the next session, which will be on Sunday, July 9th. Please find the practice schedule for the remainder of the season below
Note:
- Practice for Juniors on Sunday the 25th is at Te Rauparaha (Porirua) and practices have been split into 2 sessions.
- Miniball Funday on the 2nd July.
- No Practice on Matariki weekend.
- Goodwill games on 6th August.
